As a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Application Manager/entry-level DEV/OPS Engineer, you are responsible for managing and optimizing the PLM systems and processes within the organization. Your main goal is to ensure seamless operation, integration and continuous improvement of PLM tools and methodologies to support the product development lifecycle .

The main tasks are:

System Management: Maintaining and managing PLM systems to ensure high availability, performance and reliability.
Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements within the PLM framework.
Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to users, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operation of PLM tools and applications.
Data Governance: Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of product data throughout its lifecycle, from origin to disposal.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation regarding PLM processes, system configurations, and best practices.

Competenties

Has completed a vocational education (MBO) course.
3+ years of experience in application management.
Experience with Linux, Windows, Oracle, Network, security, Ansible, Java, Git, Jira, Confluence.
Can plan patches and other management tasks well over time.
Gets excited about helping people by solving incidents.
Service-oriented, flexible, strong communication skills and a team player.
Good at listening and asking questions, even when the message is not explicit.
Has analytical skills.
Wants to work in a department that has embraced Agile working methods and culture.
Takes initiative and keeps up to date with developments.
Has a good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.
