What will you be doing?
As a Hardware Mechanical Expert in Eindhoven, your typical day will involve coordinating the development of new and improved engine designs. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, lead teams, translate project goals into product requirements, and ensure components meet the highest standards of functionality, reliability, and quality.
- Coordinate development of new engine designs and/or improvement of existing designs in cooperation with internal stakeholders from different departments and external suppliers
- Lead simultaneous engineering teams
- Translate project goals into product requirements
- Lead Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) deliverables
- Analyze results and present proposals to management
- Problem resolution development according DMAIC principle in close contact with Operations, Aftersales and Testing department to quickly define problem statement, generate hypothesis for root cause, analyze and validate proposed solutions

We are looking for a talented and experienced Hardware Mechanical Expert to join our team. You're a team player with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in engine development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
- 2-5 years of experience in a product development environment
- Good English skills are mandatory combined with ambition to learn Dutch
