Lead the design validation strategy and evidence collection for innovative clinical solutions in medical imaging, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal customer outcomes in the Image Guided Therapy (IGT) iApps organization at Philips

In this job, you’ll help make sure our healthcare products are safe, work well, and meet the needs of doctors and patients. Your work will help improve treatments and support better decisions during surgeries.
You’ll plan how we test our designs and features, work with other teams, and make sure we stay up to date with new imaging technologies. You’ll also help guide clinical studies to support our projects.
You’ll join the iApps team at Philips, where you’ll work with experts in testing and usability. The team works closely with other departments like Clinical Science, Marketing, and Innovation.

Functie-eisen

You have a PhD in a medical field, along with substantial experience in the medical imaging industry. Experience in validation of AI based products has a preference or experience in Usability Engineering has a preference.
You have a good understanding of research methodologies and clinical study design according to good clinical practices.
You have proven project management skills in managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
You have knowledge of design controls and international standards & regulations.
You possess a proactive attitude, are quality-conscious, excel in communication, adeptly solve problems, and collaborate effectively within a team.

Primary employment conditions

A good salary as per industry standards(classification depending on education and work experience);
13th month salary (is paid out periodically pro rata)
8.33% holiday pay calculated over 12 monthly salaries.
