As an ERP Planner, you’ll play a key role in the implementation of a newly introduced ISAH ERP system. Your primary responsibility will be setting up the planning tool within the ERP system. You'll help shape the configuration, test the system once live, and train colleagues to work with the new setup — leveraging the knowledge and experience you've built throughout the project.

You’ll start by immersing yourself in the current way of working, gaining a deep understanding of existing processes. This insight will help guide key configuration decisions. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary project team of 10–15 people, including members from supply chain, procurement, finance, production, R&D, and IT.

What You’ll Be Doing

Configure the planning module within the ISAH ERP system
Test functionality post go-live to ensure optimal performance
Train end users and provide ongoing support
Analyze current workflows to inform ERP configuration
Collaborate with a cross-functional team during the ERP rollout
Continuously identify areas for improvement and suggest new ideas

Functie-eisen

A completed qualification in logistics (MBO level or higher)
5+ years of experience in ERP planning roles
Solid hands-on experience with ISAH ERP
Familiarity with assembly or production environments (a plus)
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
A proactive, results-driven mindset
Ability to reflect, adapt, and support others through change
