Are you a highly skilled Maintenance Reliability Engineer looking for a challenging role in a dynamic and innovative environment? This is your chance to contribute significantly to the optimal production of Philips shavers, using complex, high-tech production processes. As a Maintenance Reliability Engineer, you will play a key role in maximizing machine availability and implementing continuous improvements within the maintenance technical (OTD) department.
Functie-eisen
As a Maintenance Reliability Engineer, you will support the OTD of the Shaving head finishing department by improving maintenance plans and machine performance. You'll be implementing improvements independently, coordinating various adjustments and major maintenance jobs. A typical day might involve:
- Analyzing data and performing Root Cause Analyses (RCA) to identify and address performance issues and cost drivers
- Planning and coordinating projects related to equipment, maintenance, and processes
- Training maintenance personnel in new methods and applications
Competenties
We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Reliability Engineer who is passionate about optimizing maintenance strategies and improving machine performance. You should be a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Completed HBO technical education
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience
- Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken), knowledge of English
