NEM Energy (HTT) is a leading OEM HRSG supplier, providing boilers for gas turbines of all sizes and applications. Our Procurement Department, based in Zoeterwoude, is seeking an experienced Subcontracting Coordinator to join our team. As a Subcontracting Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for suppliers and internal departments, ensuring the smooth progress of outsourced production work. You will play a crucial role in coordinating subcontractors, overseeing projects, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

As a Subcontracting Coordinator, your typical day will involve managing various aspects of outsourced production work. You will be actively involved in coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
- Coordinate the progress of outsourced production work, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and specifications.
- Proactively identify and resolve problems, implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Oversee the fabrication process at subcontractor facilities, collaborating closely with the Manufacturing Supervisor (when applicable).
- Manage logistics, working closely with NEM's Logistics department to ensure smooth transportation of materials.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including suppliers, internal departments, and project teams.
Competenties
You are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in subcontracting within the energy, oil, gas, or petrochemical industry. You possess strong communication and problem-solving skills and are comfortable working independently and as part of a team. You are proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Several years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of contracts, quality demands, and manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English
