You have a good understanding of Distribution Center processes. You like to identify issues and find practical solutions for day-to-day challenges. Having at least 5 years’ experience in a warehousing environment is a plus.

As a Warehouse Logistics Administrator you are trying to ensure smooth logistics processes within the EDC. You will be responsible for resolving process and logistic challenges, creating and maintaining process descriptions, and developing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Moreover, the role involves acting as the primary contact point for all warehouse management system (WMS) related matters, both internally and externally.

• Serving as the first point of contact for all WMS-related issues and ensuring the system’s functionality;
• Responsible for all item master data
• Achieving the set targets for productivity and efficiency within the department;
• Defining, refining and keeping logistical processes up to date to ensure operational efficiency;
• Being accountable for the development and monitoring of KPIs within the EDC;
• Taking ownership of inventory reliability, ensuring accuracy and consistency in stock levels.
