We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Professional to join Brand Moments EMEA as a fulltime member of Nike's Digital Marketing team.
The EMEA Brand Moments team is focused on delivering the most connected and premium digital journeys for our consumer across Nike Digital Ecosystem during key sport, brand defining and commercial moments.

It's a temporary role due to maternity leave, till the end of October 2025 for 40 hours a week. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Senior Digital Marketing role

We're looking for a strong experience in digital marketing, consumer first mindset, deep knowledge of digital trends, data, creative planning and strong commercial acumen. You understand Nike Digital Ecosystem, consumer shopping behavior, have strategic thinking and ability to drive complex cross-functional alignment. You bring experience in cross functional marketing and defining & driving integrated brand plans which includes working across digital & brand marketing, NDDC, Integrated Media, Brand Creative and other functions. You have strong understanding of the sport and lifestyle dimension consumers and ability to connect with them through a digital lens.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns and a strong track record in designing, optimizing and executing digital marketing journeys;
  • Experience driving key seasonal moments in collaboration with Global and GEO Counterparts. This includes optimizing season over season based on data insights, and the co-creation or adaptation of Visual Center and assets, creation of digital plans, e
  • Process-oriented mindset with ability to navigate complex organizational matrices;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and draw actionable insights to improve consumer journey;
  • Project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously and experience in executing digital campaign end to end in partnership with key teams;
  • Deep knowledge of modern digital trends, strong commercial competence;
  • Ability to communicate effectively across various organizational levels and manage stakeholders;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong test & learn mentality.

The teammate who will join us will lead key digital horizontal opportunities and high impact brand moments in EMEA incl. key Brand and Retail Moments.

What you will do:

  • Drive deep expertise on best-in-class digital journeys as well as on how to optimize our full ecosystem for key brand and retail moments to better serve our consumer during key Sport & Commercial moments;
  • Lead and execute seasonal plans across Nike Digital Ecosystem according to the Brand Moments strategy;
  • Partner cross-functionally and drive complex alignment plan, launch, execute and manage seasonal campaigns;
  • Own critical metrics & performance tracking to measure digital marketing success;
  • Integrate Membership to be an accelerant of Moments priorities. Additionally, work very closely with the lifecycle and other team to bring learning agenda and measurement plan to unlock our ability to serve every member;
  • Collaborate with global team on EMEA campaign adaptations and consumer journey improvement;
  • Manage and influence the seasonal approach and follow through with all counterparts to ensure precision, impact, and Brand Standards work;
  • Brief and manage external agencies for strategic and seasonal executional work.

You'll report to the Senior Manager – Digital Marketing, Brand Moments as part of the wider Brand Moments team. The position will require you to work with a variety of other teams, including Brand Creative, Brand Marketing, Brand Planning, Content Operations, Platform, Capabilities, as well as Global, Geo & Territory counterparts. This role requires collaboration across different functions to deliver Nike's consumer-first approach and digital marketing strategies throughout the EMEA region.
