Senior Supply Chain Consumer and FOP Specialist

Join Nike's EMEA Supply Chain Consumer x FOP team, where the team is a vital link, between Nike's Consumer and Marketplace teams, in Nike's European HQ, and Nike's European Logistics Center teams, ensuring the successful marketplace execution of Nike's newest and greatest product and campaigns into the marketplace and our consumers.

It is a temporary role till the end of December 2025, for 40 hours a week.

• As Senior Supply Chain Consumer x FOP Specialist, you will lead Nike's Supply Chain focus towards the key strategic Fields of Play growth drivers
• You will bring strong end to end operational experience, acquired from working with multiple x-functional teams including Supply Chain, Merchandising, Marketplace Supply Chain, DSM and Commercial teams
• You are the voice of Supply Chain operations towards Nike's internal fields of play stakeholders
• You will create and deliver initiatives and results towards Nike's operational KPI’s (Service, Convenience, Sustainability and Profitability)
• Flexibly move to provide your subject matter expertise in areas of critical business need across EMEA Supply Chain

• Proven, wide-ranging experience and competency within the Supply Chain Operations Field;
• Experience with setting Strategic Goals and Strategy development;
• Very good understanding of Demand and Supply Management process and management;

What you will do:

• Accountable for operational performance and x-functional collaboration linked to the Fields of Play strategy;
• Contribute to common strategic goals and consistent operational approach towards Nike's Fields of Play strategic approach;
• Ensure a specific focus on Launch, Operational KPI's, elevating visibility and driving associated actions within the Fields of Play x-functional team;
• Demonstrate strong skills in matrix management, influencing and prioritization of work in close collaboration with the Consumer, Fields of Play, Accounting Fasing MSC, Seasonal Execution and responsive teams to ensure an alligned approach;
• Help to lead the transformation of the new MSC setup by championing the vision and approach with internal and external stakeholders;
• Bring extensive cross functional alignment with logistics, planning, multiple external and internal partners.

Given the nature of this role and responsibilities, you will work and partner with many colleagues across many other functions. Cross-functional information sharing, alignment and decision making will only be possible py partnering with one or more functions relevant to the targeted Consumer and FOP. These functions include (but not limited to): Other Consumer FOP squad/s, Account facing MSC team/s, Responsive & Seasonal Execution, Merchandising, Brand, DSM, Supply and Inventory Planning, Logistics and ELC Network Capacity Optimization.
