Senior Specialist Retail Asset Management

We are looking for a Senior Specialist Retail Asset Management to join the Nike team.

We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible! It is a temporary role till the end of February 2026 for 40 hours a week. You will work from the European Headquarters in Hilversum.

What you bring:

• Strong administrative skills;
• Experience with Smartsheet is a big pré;
• Excellent relationship management with vendors and landlords;
• You are detail oriented and have a result-driven mindset;
• You are solution oriented and have strong analytical and business acumen;
• You have at least 2 till 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.

As a Senior Specialist in Retail Asset Management, you will oversee lease execution, portfolio optimization, and financial obligations. You will manage landlord relations, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, timely payments, and lease administration efficiency. Your role will drive cost-saving initiatives, process improvements, and strategic asset management planning.

What you will do:

• Oversee landlord and vendor correspondence to ensure smooth operations;
• Manage lease obligations, including critical dates, payments and compliance;
• Track and report on financials, lease performance, and optimatization opportunities;
• Execute asset management plans and identify cost-saving initiatives;
• Drive process improvements and issue resulotion;
• Ensure timely processing of lease documents and approvals;
• Support strategic planning with a 3-year outlook on portfolio optimatization.
