We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. It is a temporary role till the 14th of October 2025 for 40 hours a week. You will work at the European Headquarters of Nike in Hilversum.

As a Supply Chain Returns Specialist, you always start with the consumer in mind. You manage the execution of a reverse flow and optimizes service and satisfaction. This role ensures a flawless and compliant way of processing the returns within the assigned portfolio of accounts of the Returns Specialist, while working with x-functional stakeholders (internally and externally) to perform the needed actions to get the products back to the Nike warehouse and credit the customers.

The Returns Specialist has a deep understanding of the business operations and, as a subject-matter expert, advises on supply chain solutions and new capabilities, and works on capability transition.

What you bring:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Operations/Supply Chain;
  • Preferred knowledge and experience in the Reverse Logistics Flow (Post-season/Return SC processes) and supply chaining planning and operational expertise;
  • Experience in working cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive a best in-class customer service;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication;
  • Ability to work with SLA's and keeping track of a set of KPI's for the customer under your responsibility;
  • Strong analytical skills and process improvement mindset;
  • Experience with SAP, Advanced Excel, Cognos, Tableau, Alteryx;
  • You are enthousiastic and strive for the best results.

At Nike, the EMEA Supply Chain Operations team takes pride in serving the consumer in the connected marketplace – whether they shop at one of our retail partners, in a Nike store or online. Nike is relentlessly elevating their strategy and driving improvement in the supply chain operations to reach a more premium service level for the consumer.

Nike wants to serve consumers better by enabling clean marketplace (new products outlook in the marketplace stores). This role is working with the wider Operations team across EMEA and in collaboration with Nike cross-functional teams and Carriers Network ensuring returns orders from the stores are processed timely and credit notes are issued, and processes are improved.

You will partner closely with Marketplace Operations, Finance, Sales and Customer Finance and will daily connect with customers, carrier network and Nike's logistics teams. You will assist the Returns Capability team on New capabilities and efficient processes.

Below you will find some of your tasks:

  • Process incoming Return Requests from Nike's Wholesale and Partner accounts;
  •  Document requests and follow up with appropriate parties in alignment with audit controls;
  • Actively solve discrepancies in any of the return requests, analyzing the different steps within the supply chain and obtain an investigation with the X-functional stakeholders;
  • Coordinate the Returns Request with Nike Logistics Facilities & Carriers;
  •  Follow up and provide feedback towards accounts on their adherence to Nike's Returns Policy;
  •  Support your accounts and your team in delivering on targeted KPI’s;
  •  Analysis on returns data and define appropriate actions to ensure smooth process flow;
  •  Enable outstanding results by taking the right Return Management decisions and optimize the process and   implement new process flows according to the marketplace evolution and the Nike strategy.
