It is important that as a logistics employee you meet the following requirements:

• you are available full-time
• you are available in 3 shifts
• you are willing to work in Meppel
• uou have experience on the forklift or reach truck (certification not required)
• you master the Dutch or English language
• you live in Meppel or have your own transportation to get to Meppel

You always start your shift as a logistics employee with a short and energetic team meeting. Together, you discuss what's planned for the day - so you start your shift well prepared! Then you get to work: you make sure that all crates, parts and materials end up in exactly the right place in the factory. You like order and work with an eye for detail, because thanks to your efforts everything runs like clockwork! Furthermore, you will perform the following tasks:

• order picking
• transporting goods from point A to B
• checking goods

Scania is a large international company that supplies trucks, buses, engines and services in more than 100 countries. In Meppel, logistics is very important. Here we make sure that the right parts are ready in the right order. We send these to factories in Zwolle, Angers and Södertälje, where the trucks are built.

• you work as a logistic worker in three shifts
• the morning service starts at 6:00 am and ends at 2:18 pm
• the evening service starts at 2:18 PM and ends at 10:36 PM (with the exception of Friday evenings, which end at 11:00 PM)
• the night shift starts at 10:36 PM and ends at 6:00 AM (with the exception of Sunday night, which starts at 10:00 PM)
