We are looking for a Delivery O&M Engineer (BESS) to join the team in Rijswijk! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of resolving critical energy storage network issues, ensuring smooth product operation, and driving innovation in digital maintenance solutions. who you are

Who are you as a successful candidate for the Delivery O&M Engineer (BESS) role:

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Energy Storage, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (WO-level required).
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in energy storage (BESS or high-voltage experience is a plus).
  • You have strong communication skills in English (Chinese is a bonus).
  • You can work under pressure, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
  • You are eligible to live and work in the Netherlands.

what will you do

As a Delivery O&M Engineer (BESS) you will be:

  • Solve live network problems for energy storage products and prevent future issues.
  • Support deployment and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Design and implement digital O&M solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Enhance maintenance platforms and upskill team members in energy storage.
