Direct Inline Allocator and DPP Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Direct Inline Allocator & DPP Specialist to join Converse.

We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. It is a temporary role for 40 hours a week till the end of September 2025.

Who are we looking for:

• You have relevant work experience in a similar role. Retail experience is a big pré;
• Analytical Mindset – Naturally curious and data-driven, with a strong desire to dig into numbers and uncover actionable insights;
• You are detail oriented and a strong planner;
• You have strong problem solving skills;
• You are able to communicate easily with different stakeholders;
• You are fluent in English;
• You are proactive and results-oriented;
• You have experience with SAP, Tableau, Excel.

The Direct Inline Allocator & DPP Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the right inventory is delivered to the right location at the right time. They create and maintain smooth product flows from the distribution center. Maintain inventory levels in store that support the foundation of the plan and drive efficiencies & profitability.
This role involves analyzing sales data, inventory levels, and account trends across DPP. The Allocation Specialist works closely with the planning and merchandising teams to support business objectives and maximize sales opportunities.

What you will do:

• Analyze sales performance and inventory levels to make informed allocation decisions;
• Analyze product performance across channels (via owned site and DPP);
• Monitor and adjust allocations based on sales trends, inventory levels, and market conditions;
• Collaborate with planning and merchandising teams to align allocation strategies with business goals;
• Prepare and present allocation reports and recommendations to senior management;
• Identify and resolve allocation issues to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts;
• Support new product launches and promotional activities with effective allocation plans.
