What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business commercial, communications or a related field and at least 10+ years of experience in wholesale, with third-party management as a plus;
- Solid understanding of planning, supply chain and sales ops processes;
- Awareness of emerging markets across Eastern Europe and MEA regions;
- Familiarity with distribution,licensees business models;
- Fluent in English, another language is a plus;
- Experience in managing teams;
- Effective stakeholders management;
- Strong analytical and cognitive skills to work with diverse set of analysis, reports and data.
You drive the commercial strategy for a diverse macro-region across wholesale, retail and digital.
Together with the Regional GM, you own the P&L for the region and are responsible for yearly and quarterly targets.
On a monthly/quarterly basis, you plan and lead cross-functional meetings to track partners performance at Volume, TWE (Total Wholesale Equivalent) and Inventory level, and follow up on next steps.
Together with Global and the regional GM, you are responsible to land AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and 3 Years Strategic Plans for all partners.
On a seasonal basis, and in collaboration with GP HQ, you contribute to creating the GTM (Go-To-Market) Game Plan and align all internal and external stakeholders’ calendars on SIM (Seasonal Integration Meeting). You are responsible for the local GTM execution that includes event design, invitations, run of show and pitchbacks.
Consistently with AOP, you define seasonal targets at partner, key account and product level.
As you accelerate Key Accounts elevation in all the territories, you actively support partners on KAPMs (Key Accounts Planning Meeting), providing central planning support for strategic local wholesale accounts.
As you strive for operational excellence, you constantly explore innovative ways to serve our partners faster and better, implementing sales tools and order entry processes, while optimizing delivery models from both Asian factories and EU warehouse.
This role works closely with x-functional EMEA Team, GP Team, Partners and relevant WE teams. YOU WILL LIAISE WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT TEAMS ACROSS GP HQ IN BOSTON AND WE HQ IN HILVERSUM.
Reporting to the regional GM, you will work closely with IGTM (Integrated Go To Market), Commercial, Global Merchandising, Global OPS and Global Finance teams in Boston. You will also be exposed to Legal and DTC (Direct To Consumer).
You will be networking with Procurement Services, WE Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Inventory Management, Demand Planning and Business Planning.
You will work directly with 13 EMEA Partners, across all levels and related functions; Head of Team, Commercial, Planning, Ops, Retail and Finance.
