As an intern, you will help enhance J&J's learning programs. Your role will involve reviewing the existing training programs and materials to determine what is already available and identifying areas that require development. In collaboration with various business units, you will design learning journeys tailored to improve the educational skills and knowledge of departmental trainers. These learning journeys will ensure that training is as effective as possible while also supporting the personal development of the trainers.
The learning journeys will include modules covering topics such as adult/social learning theories, learning styles, communication, mentoring skills, and more. For each component of the learning journey, you will determine the most suitable method for delivering the content. Additionally, the program needs to be both sustainable and scalable.
