Sales and Operation Specialist Chinese Mandarin and English

Who are you as a successful candidate for the Sales and Operation Specialist role:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferably with a major in electrical engineering. Experience in general business management and finance management is a plus
• Having 0-3 year experience of channel development and management experience. Experience with digital power would be a plus
• Great communication and organization skills, attention to details and eager for success
• Excel knowledge
• Fluent in English and CHinese Mandarin

As a Sales and Operation Specialist you will be:

• Manage administrative processes, including purchase order registration, updates, and review
• Oversee channel partner information management and track key milestones
• Handle rebate and incentive settlements, including analysis, verification, and submission
• Support community management efforts, such as registration, certification, and incentive processing
• Analyze business performance based on data from partners
• Assist with coordination of sales and marketing events
