In Building QF's MR factory, Magnetic Resonance (MR) systems are built and tested. Our MR systems are used in hospitals for their diagnostic examinations. The MR scanner uses strong magnetic fields and radio waves (not X-rays) to create detailed images of organs and other body tissues. In this department, we produce MR system components such as the Posterior Coil, Body Coil, and various Achieva products. The tasks here involve fine assembly, adhesive processes, and extensive soldering work. An ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) room is also available for materials that are sensitive to static electricity, and a Cobot (collaborative robot) is used in the production processes.

Als incoming inspection officer ga je aan de slag met het afhandelen van wereldwijde zendingen en de daarbij behorende documentatie. Je controleert of de documentatie bij de goederen aan alle regels voldoet. Dit doe je op de werkvloer, bij de verschillende fabrieken van de Philips campus in Best.

• Beoordelen van de Device History Records (DHR) op goede documentatie
• Goedkeuring van deze DHR
• Controleren van de bij het product horende certificaten en documenten
• Bepalen van de beste aanpak voor de kwaliteitsinspectie van het product en hoe afwijkingen op te lossen.
• Analyseren afwijkingen die zich voordoen binnen het eigen werkgebied (bijv. procesproblemen) en deze verhelpen
