Role and responsibilities

In this role you will act as a controller interacting within a highly complex matrix environment of multiple sectors and business lines. Interaction will be mostly with global finance counterparts in the Customer Solutions & Support sector, Business Line Finance teams as well as other Business Insights & Control teams.
You will ensure that the critical financial planning processes (MOR/TAP/LTFP) for CS&S are well documented and will be embedded (used and maintained) within the CS&S finance organization
You create insights into consolidated Installed Base & Service (IB&S) P&L numbers and business drivers, and present the storyline to senior stakeholders
You will build a strong network across the CS&S finance teams to be able to improve the CS&S consolidation process (numbers and storyline)
You will coordinate and partially execute monthly and yearly financial planning cycles.
You are the first point of contact for cross-BL IB&S P&L processes and requests.

Functie-eisen

Education and experience

Master’s degree in Business Economics or comparable education.
+10 years of work experience in a business control and/or FP&A environment.
Experience with management reporting, budgeting and forecasting for the full PL of a business unit, an operating company within the Group or at the Group level.
Extensive experience in managing, structuring and improving complex financial processes
Preferably experience in (high) tech multinational environment and proven track record of quickly understanding complex content.

ASML is een Nederlands hightechbedrijf en een van de belangrijkste leveranciers van machines voor de halfgeleiderindustrie, in het bijzonder steppers en scanners, die worden gebruikt bij het maken van chips. Klanten zijn veelal chipproducenten. Het hoofdkantoor en bedrijvencomplex van ASML staat in Veldhoven, waar zowel research and development en assemblage in cleanrooms plaatsvindt. Het bedrijf heeft tevens zestig servicepunten in veertien landen ter ondersteuning van de plaatsing en levering van machines en reserve-onderdelen.

ASML is ontstaan uit een joint venture van ASM International en Koninklijke Philips. ASML levert wereldwijd, maar de meeste van haar klanten zijn gevestigd in Azië. In 2011 werd 66% van de omzet in die regio behaald, 25% in de Verenigde Staten en iets minder dan 9% in Europa. De grootste klant was verantwoordelijk voor een kwart van de totale omzet.
