As a Business Analyst helps organizations identify their needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Working closely with stakeholders, BAs analyze business processes, gather requirements, and define specifications for new systems, processes, or functionalities. They play a key role throughout the project lifecycle—from needs analysis to implementation and testing.

- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Gather and document requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Develop clear specifications and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business goals.
- Support project planning, quality assurance, and user training (if needed).

Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in complex IT or data-driven projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent HBO work and thinking level.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a proven track record.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in requirements gathering, functional specification creation, and business process modeling (BPMN, UML).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, with strong stakeholder management abilities, especially in international settings.
- Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar are highly valued.
- Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented with fluency in Dutch and English

Primary Benefits:
- Salary ranging from €3,000 to €5,000 gross per month based on a 36-hour work week.
- 13th-month salary (pro-rated) or the option for a performance-based bonus.
