As a Senior Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in our Global Spare Parts team, working with industry-leading technology and collaborating with experts worldwide.
Your Role – Making an Impact
As a Senior Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be part of our Inbound Logistics team, ensuring that customer demand is accurately translated into efficient purchase orders (POs) and that goods arrive as planned. Your expertise will help maximize fill rates, manage inventory levels, and drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize spare parts availability while balancing inventory value and obsolescence risk
- Validate demand using SlimStock software and generate order proposals
- Support operational buyers in supplier-related issues and escalations
- Improve supply chain coordination processes by identifying and implementing best practices
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Drive planning methodology and tooling improvements

What You Bring to the Team
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in supply chain coordination or a similar role
- Proficiency in supply chain management software & tools
- Strong knowledge of demand validation, ordering, and inventory management
- Lean problem-solving experience and a passion for continuous improvement
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to think strategically about processes and implement structural solutions
