Join Philips Innovation Engineering as a Technologist – Manufacturing Processes and play a key role in shaping the future of manufacturing excellence. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing advanced manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. As part of multi-disciplinary projects, you will implement new technologies and ensure seamless integration into existing systems, driving innovation and continuous improvement.

You major responsibilities will include:
✅ Design & Develop manufacturing processes that improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
✅ Analyze & Optimize existing processes to enhance performance, reduce waste, and ensure consistency.
✅ Implement & Maintain process control strategies to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
✅ Collaborate with Experts in multi-disciplinary teams to integrate new technologies into existing or new systems.
✅ Evaluate & Recommend new equipment and technologies to maintain industry leadership.
Competenties
What you bring with you:
MSc or PhD in Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Process Technologist/Developer.
Strong problem-solving skills with expertise in addressing fundamental technical challenges.
Experience in process optimization & control strategies.
Excellent communication & teamwork abilities.
Expertise in at least one of the following: medical equipment or manufacturing systems.
Knowledge of medical device and equipment regulations.
Willingness to travel up to 25% and/or work at customer locations (Europe & Internationally).
Green Belt or Black Belt certification (or equivalent) is a plus.
