As a Reliability Engineer you are supporting the New Product Development with Defining Project Reliability Growth Plans. You define and drive reliability targets including truck subsystems and components and measure and predict product reliability. Support warranty and preventative maintenance predictions and support the Design/System engineering with root cause finding methods and corrective action verification. Pro-active drive validation activities for Hyster internally as well as with component suppliers (eg D-FMEA) and report project reliability status and progress. Also you identify and implementing continuous improvement activities for reliability engineering tools and processes and maintain and distribute warranty claim reports.

Requirements for the position:
· Master / Bachelor degree in Engineering
· 5+ years work experience in automotive or equivalent industry
· Experience in agile work environments and product development processes
· Knowledge of reliability / prod. development tools such as DFMEA, FTA, Weibull, etc.)
· Quality focused and analytically strong
· Strong teamwork skills
· Effective PC skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
· Good and effective written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent business English
Desired:
· Sig Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
