About the Role
As an HSE Engineer, you will ensure that our cutting-edge military communication products comply with CE, REACH, and RoHS regulations. You’ll work closely with hardware engineers, test specialists, and regulatory teams to analyze product components, create HSE reports, and support Declaration of Conformity (DoC) processes. This is a unique opportunity to drive compliance, sustainability, and safety in a high-tech defense environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with CE, REACH, RoHS, and other international HSE regulations.
Conduct HSE analysis at the component/material level and generate HSE reports.
Support the Declaration of Conformity (DoC) process for new products.
Advise hardware engineers on HSE-related matters and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and interpret changes in HSE regulations, ensuring company-wide compliance.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet safety and environmental standards.

Competenties

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Environmental Science).
Experience in eco-product design and regulatory compliance.
Knowledge of ISO 45001 (Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management).
Familiarity with RoHS, REACH, CE, and other HSE-related regulations.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
