YACHT Engineering has a vacancy for a Manager Artwork Project at Mars Nederland BV in Veghel.
The Manager Artwork Project plays a crucial role in ensuring that packaging—an essential element of the marketing mix—accurately represents client brands while adhering to quality and safety standards. As the Manager Artwork Project, you will act as the gatekeeper for artwork production, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines. This position is client-facing and requires managing a high volume of projects from initial briefing to final delivery, often under tight deadlines.
Duties and responsibilities of the Manager Artwork Project:
• Serve as a key liaison between agencies, clients, and SGS stakeholders.
• Oversee and manage artwork development from design to print.
• Gather and coordinate cross-functional information required from stakeholders.
• Lead and facilitate the cross-functional approval process.
• Manage communication across multiple global locations.
• Brief off-site production studios on project requirements.
• Maintain and oversee product launch timelines using the client-based online tool.

Functie-eisen
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Experience in project management and having a technical profile is a plus
• Experience in retail packaging design and/or artwork management is an asset.
• Knowledge of print production processes is beneficial.
• Prior experience in direct client interaction.
• Understanding of corporate branding guidelines and ability to communicate them clearly to the artwork team.
• High proficiency in English (both spoken and written).

This concerns a secondment agreement via Yacht for one year, at Mars Nederland B.V., with the possibility of extension and takeover.
We offer a competitive employment conditions package in line with the seniority of the position, with a salary between €3,728.18 and €4,100 per 4 weeks / based on 40 hours per week
