Are you a skilled Validation Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity in a leading healthcare company? Johnson & Johnson is seeking a motivated professional to join our Engineering, Validation, and Maintenance (EVM) team at Janssen Vaccines & Prevention B.V. in Leiden. You will be responsible for managing and executing critical projects focused on EHS, QA, business continuity, and cost improvements. - Manage and execute projects that ensure safety, regulatory compliance, operational requirements, and business objectives.
- Develop structured project plans to improve efficiency, equipment utilization, waste reduction, and cost management.
- Provide technical support by identifying and solving process deficiencies, modifications, and equipment failures.
- Challenge and improve existing processes by developing new and innovative approaches.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with GMP/ISO regulations and address product design changes.
- Lead investigations into non-conformance issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Manage NCR/CAPA files from initiation to final approval.
- Support manufacturing by troubleshooting equipment and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Participate in GMP audits and maintain communication with end users and machine manufacturers.
- Ensure compliance with J&J safety standards and promote a safe working environment.
Functie-eisen
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 2 – 4 years in process or maintenance engineering, preferably within the medical devices industry
- Project management experience and training.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Minitab.
- Experience in manufacturing standards development and equipment troubleshooting.
- Project management skills and training.
- Experience of knowledge in short and long term project management.
- Basic computer skills and use of software application(s). Strong computer background
