The GxP Automation Specialist will play a key role in optimizing our quality control processes by implementing and managing automated systems.
- Implement automated quality control by introducing automated testing, inspection, and data analysis.
- Deploy new systems by working with teams to introduce laboratory systems, ranging from standalone devices to global platforms connected to LIMS.
- Implement paperless solutions by setting up SDMS and exploring future digital opportunities.
- Integrate automation tools by selecting and implementing technologies that improve quality control and efficiency.
- Ensure quality standards by collaborating with quality assurance teams to meet industry and regulatory requirements.
- Document processes by maintaining technical documentation, including installation and maintenance procedures.
- Train and support teams by educating and assisting team members in using automation tools.
- Collaborate across teams by working with engineering, manufacturing, and product management to align on quality goals.
Functie-eisen
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Proven experience in automation, quality control, or related fields.
- Proven experience in validation systems in the GxP environment.
- Lead and execute automation projects within the organization.
- Optimize processes by identifying areas for automation to enhance product quality and reduce time to market.
