As a Master Planner, you will be part of a dedicated team managing the logistics aspects of various projects, from acquisition to final delivery. You will assess feasibility, ensure material and resource availability, and collaborate closely with multiple departments to align planning with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Validate and accept new assignments and projects.
Develop and maintain feasible and optimized supply chain plans.
Monitor material availability, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
Work closely with Supply Chain Managers, S&OP teams, Project Planners, and Buyers.
Ensure smooth execution of procurement and production schedules.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as the first point of contact for logistics escalations and emergencies.
Provide clear reporting and insights to stakeholders.

Competenties

What We’re Looking For

HBO or WO degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
Proven experience in planning within a complex production or supply chain environment.
Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Oracle).
APICS-CPIM certification is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle conflicting priorities and work in a dynamic setting.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch (C1) and English (B1), both spoken and written.
Structured, detail-oriented, and stress-resistant work approach.
