We're seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead our corporate digital communications strategy, focusing on company positioning and brand activation while steering the online experience of our corporate stakeholders. As the Digital Communications Lead - Campaigns & Performance, you will develop and execute 360° campaigns across various platforms, overseeing content creation, platform activation, and performance measurement.

Your key responsibilities

  • Implement & execute comprehensive online campaign strategies centered around corporate themes and narratives, highlighting the achievements and stories of Business Units (BUs) to resonate with diverse corporate audiences.
  • Driving impactful global campaigns: Develop and launch global digital communications campaigns that set new standards in stakeholder-centricity, user experience, and brand awareness.
  • Co-create the next phase in our digital communications strategy. Elevating online user experience: Play a key role in continuously improving our digital communications strategy and our platform landscape (social media, search engines, websites and other pertinent channels).
  • Take ownership of digital campaigns, including overseeing the campaign calendar, managing budgets, coordinating setup, collaborating with agencies, and ensuring seamless execution. Take a leadership role in driving campaign excellence within group communications and beyond (global, regional, Business Units).
  • Championing digital innovation: Be always open and curious for digital trends, sharing insights and innovative ideas to refine our digital strategy and roadmap. Collaborate closely with global and regional teams, as well with our Digital & Tech team.

Functie-eisen

  • Academic degree in Communications or Marketing (Masters preferred).
  • 5-10+ years of experience in digital marketing or online communications.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing and broader digital communications.
  • Advanced knowledge of data interpretation for relevant touchpoints.
  • Strong project management, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud and relevant social media management tooling
  • Ability to shape strategy, lead innovation, deliver results, drive change and influence collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of: Adobe, LinkedIn, Socials and advertising, MS Office

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • Period: 3rd March - 7th September (with possible prolongation)
  • Hours: 32 - 40 hours per week (40 hours has the preference)
  • Grade: C41
  • Location: Maastricht (hybrid working)
