As a Chassis Engineer, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of driving. You'll work within a dedicated team, collaborating with engineers and designers to develop and refine innovative chassis components that enhance performance, safety, and efficiency.

Your Impact:

Lead the development of cutting-edge chassis parts, taking ownership of drawings and releases.
Define and specify components for production and testing applications, ensuring alignment with project timelines and requirements.
Deploy test assignments, draw up technical specifications, and write comprehensive descriptions.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, developing robust validation plans and taking initiative to resolve issues.
Implement continuous improvements that enhance quality and reduce costs.

Supervise outsourced work and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

What we're looking for:

A strong foundation: You possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
A collaborative spirit: You are independent, but also a skilled team player with a proactive and passionate attitude.
Excellent communication and analytical skills: You can clearly articulate your ideas and solve complex problems.
The ability to work effectively under pressure: You thrive in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines consistently.
Proficiency with CAD software (UG-NX) and MS Office applications.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Dutch and German are a plus.
