We are looking for a Quality Control Technician to join our dynamic Support Team within the Sensor, Racks & Cabinets department. In this role, you will ensure that products meet quality standards and are delivered on time, by conducting inspections and making necessary adjustments to processes or personnel.

About the job As a Quality Technician (QT), you will support the production departments. Your core responsibility is ensuring that products are delivered to (internal) customers in compliance with specifications. You achieve this by conducting inspections (of processes, products, personnel, and documentation) and making corrections (to processes or personnel) to maintain and guarantee quality. Additionally, you play a preventive role, such as conducting internal audits.

Key responsibilities include:

Reviewing HSV, DIN, and ISO standards in production.
Creating and maintaining checklists for colleagues.
Offering advice and monitoring process progress on the shop floor.
Managing rejections and product deviations during production.
Organizing MRB sessions and supporting IGK inspections.
Participating in PRR and FAI to assess quality risks and review documentation.

Functie-eisen

Qualifications:

MBO level 3/4 in Mechatronics or Electronics, or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001 and AS9100.
Familiarity with Lean methodologies and expertise in product inspection and documentation management.
Fluent in Dutch and English with strong communication skills.
