You take ownership to the execution of verification activities, maintaining test area and test equipment and support development of test methods. You will significantly contribute to the verification of innovative consumer products.
- Performing test and verification activities as defined by instruction
- Technical and administrative management of test area
- Management and maintenance of lab equipment including calibrations
- Establish, execute, review and evaluate laboratory procedures and policies
- Responsibility to maintain laboratory records, reports and files
- Ensure health and safety policies are maintained and followed
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and standards
- Assisting other team members with duties
- Participates and assist in internal/ external audits
Functie-eisen
- 3+ years of experience in working in test laboratory
- Technical background, preferably in electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics, or a related field.
- Vocational (MBO4) or Bachelor's degree in science or comparable subject.
- Very good communication and team- working skills
- Fluent written and verbal English skills as this is the primary language in the office
- Experience in Windchill is an advantage
- Understanding the creation and testing of medical devices (ISO 13485, 21CFR820) is advantageous.
- Approximately 20% of travel (mostly within the Netherlands) is required during the first year of employment; thereafter, it will reduce to approximately 5-10%.

- Adaptability and Ownership: Demonstrating flexibility in learning new processes, taking initiative, and maintaining responsibility for tasks and results.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
Primary employment conditions
- A good salary as per industry standards (classification depending on education and work experience)
- 13th month salary (is paid out periodically pro rata).
- 8.33% holiday pay calculated over 12 monthly salaries.
Contract form
- A one-year contract, but we would like to work towards a permanent contract.
- You will always be paid 100% of your salary, even between assignments.
