We are seeking a well-qualified Integration (embedded) Test Engineer to join our creative team and contribute to the exciting growth and technology development at our client.
What you'll do:
- As an Integration Test Engineer, you will be a key player in verifying the compliance of embedded systems with specified functional requirements. You'll ensure seamless intercommunication between various system elements, representing the final verification step before embedded systems are delivered to the vehicle test department for validation.
- You'll design tests to simulate overall vehicle-level functionality, focusing on vehicle functions and relevant systems. You'll manage test cases in HP Quality Center and execute tests on an integration hardware-in-the-loop system.
- Your test scope will encompass network management and stability, diagnostics, and start-up and shut-down behavior of the vehicle. Prioritization will be based on risk assessments and release purpose, as determined with stakeholders.
You'll be part of a dynamic and multicultural environment, working on multiple projects simultaneously and applying a wide variety of technologies. You'll collaborate daily with verification engineers, support engineers, and project development stakeholders.

What we're looking for:
- A Bachelor/Master's degree in Mechanics, Automotive, Electronics, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
- Multiple years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Experience with Vector tooling is a plus.
- Knowledge of automotive systems, particularly in heavy-duty vehicles, is an asset.
- Knowledge of embedded software design processes (according to the V-cycle) is essential.
- Experience in embedded software and integration testing (minimum of 2-3 years).
- Knowledge of test techniques (test certificates, ISTQB is an asset).
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Understanding of Matlab/Simulink.
- Knowledge of model-based design techniques is preferred.
- Experience in test automation is a plus.
- Experience with scrum/agile is a plus.
