Are you a highly skilled CAE specialist with a passion for optimizing vehicle components? If so, we invite you to join the team at our Client!
As a CAE Specialist Frame and Components, you'll be a key player in enhancing the strength and durability of our vehicles. You'll be responsible for analyzing, simulating, and optimizing the performance of frames, component parts, and lighting systems.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support and advice to design engineers (both internal and external) to optimize frames, component parts, and lighting system fixation for various projects.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations to clearly document your findings and analysis.
- Develop and optimize CAE methods and procedures to achieve more accurate predictions and simulations.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing projects and advanced technology collaborations with external partners.
Your technical knowledge and analytical skills will be crucial in driving continuous improvement for our Clients vehicles. You'll work closely with Testing and Design engineers as well as other CAE specialists (both internal and external).
Functie-eisen
Your Profile:
- Profound knowledge of Abaqus, Hyperworks, and Matlab (linear and non-linear analysis).
- Experience with FE-safe and/or FEMFAT is preferred.
- Strong understanding of commercial vehicles, vehicle dynamics, and durability/fatigue principles.
- Excellent command of English language (both written and spoken). Dutch language skills are preferred.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to implement improvements within design constraints.
- Strong character, enthusiasm, and a flexible approach.
- 1-2 years of working experience with the tools mentioned above.
Education: Master's degree in mechanical engineering.
