Functie-eisen
If you prefer to work on one project alone every working day, engineering behind your computer, then this job is probably not for you. This job at SPIE Nederland is for an E&I Engineer who thinks along with the customer and is a sparring partner. One who works out the ideas and converts them into basic engineering and/or detailed engineering. Sometimes you work together with implementation and other times you do a study for a customer. In this role you must be able to switch well between different projects and be strong in setting priorities.
You provide a high-quality design that meets the customer's requirements. You prevent the execution from coming to a standstill by thinking ahead in your engineering design. In addition, you monitor the hours and ensure that the design is completed on time.
You can achieve this by:
• Have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role;
• Are familiar with EPLAN, AutoCAD and Intelec;
• Have a feel for the operation, you understand how the execution is done;
• Have experience with industrial environments;
• Can independently run small to medium-sized projects;
• Provide creative, sustainable, cost-saving and out of the box solutions
- Affinity with systems (examples: SAP, Excel, PDM and Nexus)
Competenties
The Electrical Engineering team consists of experienced engineers who are eager to share knowledge and expertise to secure this for the future. For this we are looking for additions to this team. Therefore we ask:
• A completed MTS 4 or HTS education in Electrical Engineering or similar;
• Are you proactive and do you like to take the initiative;
• Do you want to develop yourself further;
• Knowledge and experience with Eplan-P8, Autocad is a plus;
• Knowledge and experience with Intelec is a plus;
• Knowledge and experience of ATEX is a plus;
• Knowledge and experience of Machine Safety is a plus;
• Knowledge of PLC technology;
• Knowledge of applicable standards for low-voltage installations is a plus;
• Knowledge of the Dutch language;
• Communication skills at all levels, also professional.
