We are growing fast and based upon the order intake we are looking for additional workforce in the form of a BIM Engineer / 3D Modeler. Your main area of responsibility will be the digital twin deliverables of challenging projects for energy distribution systems in the international datacenter market.

- NOTE: An architect will not work for this position at the moment as there is really a need for a programmer.
- A programmer who has knowledge with automation. They need to know how to make families, and to have knowledge about different automation processes.
Responsibilities
Throughout the realization of these projects, the combination of our customers' high demands and short lead times adds to the challenges of our projects.
Main tasks
- Modeling of custom Revit families
- Working with BIM standards
- Facilitating BIM models in cloud environments
- Supporting busbar trunking system engineers with BIM technical and documentation activities
- Supporting the sales department with 3D visualizations
- Expanding and maintaining the library of content used during the projects.

Qualifications
- Completed a technical HBO or MBO+ education or equivalent
- Provable skills and knowledge in any 3D modeling and real-time rendering software
- Preferably experienced with Autodesk Revit
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Preferably, knowledge of the Dutch language as well.
- Residing in the region of The Hague

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
Primary employment conditions
- A gross monthly salary between €3500-4200 depending on seniority
- A 13th month payment, pro-rated periodically
- 8.33% holiday allowance calculated on 12 monthly salaries
Secondary employment conditions
- Pension Plus scheme (build-up from day 1)
- 5% ADV allowance
- Net €750,- to set up your home workplace
- 25 vacation days per year based on 40 hours
- Travel allowance
- Internet allowance
- Home office allowance
- You will be seconded for one year via Yacht, with the possibility of being considered for a permanent position at Siemens after this year
