For this job as a production employee at Scania the next points are really important:
- you are able to work in Zwolle
- you can start within one week
- you are available full-time
- you are at least 18 years old
- you speak Dutch or English fluently
- you are available to work in 2 shifts
- you live in Zwolle, or are able to travel to Zwolle by car or scooter
Around a quarter to 6 you arrive at Scania! Bright and early. Ready to work your morning shift. At 6 you will discuss with your team the trucks that will pass by that day. Are there any special trucks that require your attention? Yes! You will keep an eye out for them. Then the assembly line starts! Ready? You get 5 minutes to finish your part of the assembly process. Is your part finished within that time? Maybe you can help your production employee colleague!
- no experience? Doesn't matter! During the first 4 days, you will receive training from the Scania academy
- together with the team you will build a Scania truck!
As a production employee, you will work at Scania Production in Zwolle. In this factory they make the most Scania Trucks worldwide! These trucks are sold to over 100 countries.
- at the factory you will work in two shifts
- the morning shift starts at 06.00 and ends 14.00
- the evening shift start at 14.00 and ends 22.30
