We are looking for an experience Supply Chain Analyst to join the Nike team! As a Nike Stores Senior Supply Chain Analyst, you serve as the bridge between data & analytics and Supply Chain operations for Nike's Retail Stores (NSO, NSP and NVS).

It is a temporary role for one year, till the end of March 2026. You will work 40 hours a week. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

What you bring:

  • Work experience in business analytics preferably within an omni-channel retail and/or Supply Chain environment;
  • Proven experience in analytical tools (Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Excel, and or/similar tools);
  • Excellent analytical skills that support a results-driven approach delivering operational excellence;
  • Understanding and knowledge of Advanced Analytics methods and tools is plus (Python, ML, Optimization, Operations Research);
  • Effective communication and good interpersonal skills, with capacity to work well with all levels in the organization;
  • Proven ability to lead medium to large sized projects by applying project management tools and skills to define and follow-up on actions;
  • Ability to work independently, execute large projects and take initiative to explore and solve problems;
  • High level of attention to detail and process orientation.

As part of the Stores Excellence Business Intelligence team, you will be responsible for crafting and driving innovative and analytical solutions to supply chain challenges in support of key operational objectives. Together with your team you will identify business & Supply Chain opportunities and conduct root cause analyses to help understand the benefits and impact to KPIs. You will bring strong problem-solving skills, the ability to break down unstructured questions, connect the dots and turn large volumes of data into impactful business insights.

What you will do:

  • Drive operational excellence to serve our Nike Stores Supply Chain through effective detailed and timely business intelligence, reports and data driven recommendations;
  • Focus on performance; understand the supply chain critical metrics, drive concrete actions to improve performance and understand the end-to-end supply chain dynamics;
  • Support operational and business priorities by building and executing innovative and effective solutions to complex supply chain challenges while helping to identify opportunities;
  • Transform data into insights that drive action through visualization and storytelling;
  • Serve as the supply chain representative for data engineering squads by providing requirements and testing to further improve Nike's data domains in terms of quality, completeness and timing;
  • Elevate the data literacy and analytical maturity of team members, enabling them to generate insights for decision-making and embedding in their day-to-day activities;
  • Contribute to team documentation as it relates to solutions, tools internal artifacts, vendors, industry research etc.

Who you will work with:
• Collaborate cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements to create in-depth analyses, decision support solutions, reports and self-service dashboards that simplify transactional work and unlock value creation.
• Align with commercial, financial, planning and analytics teams to identify interdependencies across KPIs to ensure a holistic understanding and alignment of changes to operational processes.
• In partnership with Nike Technology, build sustainable and scalable data and analytical products with the data engineering squads and data scientists.
