Who are you as a successful candidate for the TAC Service Manager English and French or Dutch role:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Science and Engineering (preferred)
  • Experience in the PV/Inverter service industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French or Dutch
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Service awareness and coordination capabilities

As TAC Service Manager English and French or Dutch, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a variety of tasks. You’ll contribute to:

  • Conducting technical workshops for customers and partners
  • Managing tickets and resolving service requests efficiently
  • Logging customer-reported issues and providing timely solutions
  • Providing training and guidance to customers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Supporting customers inqueries
