Who are you as a successful candidate for the TAC Service Manager English and French or Dutch role:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Science and Engineering (preferred)
- Experience in the PV/Inverter service industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English and French or Dutch
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Service awareness and coordination capabilities
As TAC Service Manager English and French or Dutch, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a variety of tasks. You’ll contribute to:
- Conducting technical workshops for customers and partners
- Managing tickets and resolving service requests efficiently
- Logging customer-reported issues and providing timely solutions
- Providing training and guidance to customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Supporting customers inqueries
