As Nike's Senior Administrative Assistant, you will support 3 Senior Director’s across our HR Organisation (Consumer BHR, Marketplace BHR and DEI). You will interact across the leader’s teams, and you will have a network within Nike’s diverse group of administrative assistants who embody professionalism and model core Nike values.

For this role we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. It is a role for 32 hours a week till the end of August 2025.

  • You’ll be comfortable working and communicating effectively with a variety of personalities including senior level executives;

You'll perform a wide range of administrative duties, including calendar management, booking travel, coordinating meetings, editing documents, preparing expense reports, coordinating team equipment and moves and providing support to a large diverse team of people with a variety of management styles.
