As an warehouse employee at Bidfood, you will work in three shifts. The working hours are from 15:45-00:00 and from 23:45-8:00. No experience yet? No problem. Everything can be learned.. The following points are important if you want to work at Bidfood.
- You are available full-time (from Monday to Friday)
- You are willing to work in two shifts (15:45-00:00/23:45-8:00)
- You are able to lift products weighing up to 20 kilograms
- You have your own transportation
- You don't mind working in a cold storage (temperature between -25 and 7 degrees)
As a warehouse employee, you will start with a training 4-week onboarding program. At first you will work morning shifts, followed by afternoon shifts as you progress. During your training, you will be introduced to the voice picking system, which will help guide you in making the orders ready. You will be working in an environment where temperatures can range from -25 to 7 degrees Celsius, so it is important to be prepared for cold conditions.
The products you handle may be heavy, with boxes weighing up to 20 kg. Once you have completed an order, you will bring the cart to the loading point, where your colleagues will make sure that orders reach the right customers.
