You understand better than anyone that being structured and accurate is important as an operator. That's why this responsible position as a pharmaceutical operator suits you perfectly! In addition:

• You have completed a MBO level 3, HBO, Bachelor or Master's degree in laboratory technology, chemistry or engineering. Or you have several years of work experience as an operator.;
• You can work day shifts and are open to shift work in the future;
• You have a good command of the Dutch and/or English language.

As an operator, you start your day with the team and discuss the tasks. You will be working in a cleanroom environment, which is a clean and structured workplace (similar to a laboratory). To protect you and the medicines, you will wear protective clothing. You will receive thorough training where you will learn everything about the machines, products and safety regulations. You will operate and monitor machines for the production of liquid medicines. You will solve simple malfunctions of the machines yourself. Quality and safety are very important in our industry. Therefore, you will work according to strict protocols and carry out various quality tests on the products.

• Salary: € 2689 - € 2965 gross per month (depending on your level of experience);
• Direct one-year contract as an operator at Johnson & Johnson (with the possibility of a permanent contract);
• 36 vacation days, 8% holiday allowance & pension;
• Year-end bonus, bicycle plan & discount on your health insurance and sports subscription;
• 100% travel allowance by public transport and € 0.23 per kilometer for private transport.
