who you are

You have experience as a Process Engineer for a couple of years. You can help the company to reach a more professional and more efficient way to manage their production.

  • Bachelor’s degree (HBO/WO) in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with LEAN, Six Sigma, data analytics and process automation is expected.
  • You already worked with ERP systems, inventory management and financial planning.

what will you do

The Process Engineer is in charge, so the production process works efficiently. This role involves data-driven improvements. You are the key user for various applications. The Process Engineer is the person between different departments. You ensure continuous process improvements and operational excellence.

  • Make the production processes working well. Efficiency, quality, cost-effectiveness are important. Just like data-driven improvements.
  • You are the person between IT and business users. You have a cross-functional influence.
  • You translate customer requirements into practical solutions together with other business members.
  • Function as a backup inventory manager, ensuring accurate stock control and be aware of the cycle count process
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to strengthen data-driven operations.
  • Manage and monitor Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements to ensure compliance with business objectives.
  • Lead and participate in Kaizen events and promote a culture of LEAN and Continuous Improvement.
  • Ensure that financial planning, budgeting, and invoicing are handled correctly.
