You are an experienced technical agent with a degree in IT or a related field. You also have a good understanding of API or app-based applications or web-based applications. You are able to communicate technical information in a matter that everyone (even people without technical knowledge) will understand.
Or than this you are:
- Detail oriented and have great problem-solving skills;
- Experience with AWS, Zendesk, ClickUp, CommerceTools, and other technical support tools are a big plus;
- A great mulitasker.
You will be responsible for helping various departments within Eurail to answer all technical related questions. For example, a traveler is facing difficulties and the customer service department is unable to help out. This is where you step in and provide the customer service agent with the right information to solve the problem. You can also be creative with your solutions and workarounds to make the customers happy again. You will also verify, reproduce, and recategorize the issues raised with IT Ops based on impact and urgency.
Apart from this you will also look at different question trends and offer solutions for the issues. You test promotional product restrictions and functionality and see if everything performs well.
