Who are you as a successful candidate for the Marketing Assistant role:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel, PPT, and Word is essential, with video editing and Photoshop skills being a plus.
- Strong communication skills are necessary, including proficient English writing and speaking, and a second European language is advantageous.
- Project management and data analysis skills.
- One to two years of working experience.
As a Marketing Assistant you will be:
- Maintain communication with trade media and key opinion leaders for key information sharing such as new product launch, events, and respond to questions and enquires.
- Collaborate with the agency to organize activities and receptions for on-site visits of trade media and key opinion leaders during major industry events.
- Support media partnership projects and key campaign communication projects in organizing meetings, managing project progress timeline and follow up with outstanding issues
- Compile and write summary report for key projects
