Who are you as a successful candidate for the Project Manager Datacenter Facilities role:

• Project Management Experience:  In a major industrial company, ideally with data center projects.
• Education & Technical Skills: Bachelor's degree (project management or related), plus knowledge of electrical/mechanical engineering.
• Communication & Management: Excellent English and German or French or Dutch, strong communication, cost control, and project oversight skills.
• Project Execution: Proven ability to manage project plans, risks, meetings, and report to senior management.
• Industry Knowledge & Network: Deep understanding of the Benelux data center industry, safety regulations, and established relationships with local contractors.

As a Project Manager Datacenter Facilities you will be:

• Build & Run Projects: Form teams, create plans/budgets, and manage projects using PMP to meet financial goals.
• Manage Partners: Oversee partner performance, ensure quality, and improve their delivery.
• Deliver Engineering Excellence: Guarantee project progress, quality, and customer satisfaction, and fix problems.
• Achieve Financial Objectives: Control project timelines and plans to meet revenue targets.
• Ensure Quality & Safety: Implement improvements and quality checks for safe and effective project delivery.
