Senior Digital Content Producer

This position is for a 6-month Fixed Term Maternity Leave Cover. As Converse's Senior Digital Content Author, you have an expert-level understanding of web-content development principles and best practices, and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams (including development and design) to achieve Converse's strategic goals. This role balances between content production and project management.

It is a role for 40 hours a week till the end of August 2025. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

• You have an extensive background in project management;
• You have experience in a similar role and are familiar working with different stakeholders;
• You are a strong communicator and are able to build up strong relationships;
• You are familiar with project management tools such as ASANA;
• You are familiar working with diverse CRM Tools;
• You are a strong organizer and you can bring structure;
• You are detail-oriented;
• You have knowledge of the business as well as the technical side of the job.

This role balances between content production and project management, your responsibilities include:

• Lead BAU campaign and special project QA and testing of experiences to ensure the highest quality user experience across all local sites
• Oversee external vendor efficacy and processes, ensuring optimum collaboration and time management with our agency, via digital project management tool (Asana);
• Partner with Content Strategists and Site Merchandising team to ensure BAU campaign Go-To-Market timelines are met and commercial calendar is executed flawlessly through each season
• Take part and collaborate with Global/Geo cross-functional team for special authoring projects.
