You manage a portfolio of journals from acceptance to online publication, ensuring manuscripts meet journal guidelines and Springer policies. You work closely with vendors and editorial teams to maintain quality and timely publication. You proactively communicate with stakeholders such as Authors, Editors, and internal departments. Additionally, you coordinate with marketing to organize press releases and contribute to process improvements. You participate in user acceptance testing and interdepartmental meetings to optimize workflows. Lastly, you maintain records, oversee journal projects, and ensure compliance with production standards
