We are looking for an Assortment Planner.
What you bring:
- Planning: at least 1 year of experience in planning or operations. Ability to apply that knowledge independently in your work. Basic understanding of financial-, product and supply planning;
- You have a good understanding of the retail matrix. It's a must that you already have experience working for a retail organization.

- You have relevant work experience as a planner, experience in retail planning is an advantage.
As an Assortment planner you will build product-level depth and breadth plans to meet consumer demand, while improving full-price realization and inventory efficiency. In partnership with other stakeholders within Nike, you will help advise the Consumer/Product Engine architecture framework at regular touch points.
You will provide information, analysis and recommendations to drive planning decisions during all phases of seasonal product creation. You will utilize sophisticated forecasting techniques to analyze market and product trends to develop seasonal demand forecasts and long range plans.
You will have the opportunity to develop detailed product demand plans that meet seasonal and lead the revenue targets. Be responsible for the planning processes to meet multi-season calendar timelines, ensure data integrity and continually improve forecast accuracy.
- Land the seasonal plan for a specific gender/dimension at style/color/size in alignment with merchandising and guided by the consumer strategy;
- Drive the consumer Franchise/key classification Stock & Sales Planning for the EMEA marketplace, supporting the Consumer Franchise management strategy;
- Analyze demand information, product, market & platform performance through point of sales data, statistical analysis and data focused decision-making toolsets;
- Collaborate with key x-functional partners to deliver a meaningful perspective on pre-season and in-season risks & opportunities;
- Join assortment conversation with the x-functional Marketplace team to drive right consumer demand plans;
- Own the EMEA Consumer Responsive Plans across the Nike Consumer Code;
- Be responsible for the Demand plan that triggers the Supply signal, submit/update in APO DP at key dates;
- Foster an end-to-end process improvement approach to adjust ways of working and embed the retail planning fundamentals.
