This position is for parttime in the heart of Rotterdam.

Attractive hourly rate of €15.00

We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic engineering student who's eager to learn and contribute. You are a team player with great communication skills.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering;
  • Excellent command of English; additional language skills are a plus;
  • Strong academic record and excellent research and writing skills;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, along with analytical thinking and high ethical standards;
  • Good organizational and time management skills.

As an Engineering Work Student, you'll be a valuable part of our team, supporting the VP of Engineering and other colleagues in various tasks. A typical day might include preparing documents, organizing meetings, or assisting with project-related work. This is a great chance to get real-world experience.

  • Prepare and publish internal and external documents, including editing and proofreading;
  • Create ad-hoc reports and presentations; organize logistics for meetings with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Prepare meeting minutes and track action items; request quotations from vendors based on technical specifications;
  • Create purchase requisitions in SAP and resolve invoice issues with accounting and purchasing departments;
  • Support engineers in preparing tender and final offer documents, training sessions, and the annual budget cycle.
